Souqalmal, a reputable, Dubai-based, insurance/financial services aggregator is looking for a passionate, Arabic speaking Call Centre Sales Agent to join their growing business.

 

The Call Centre Sales Agent's role is critical in closing the deal with the customers, must have persuasion skills and understand the customers' requirements to offer the best value for money.

 

This position will also be responsible for representing the company's image and providing the best in class service to customers while ensuring a seamless and highly engaging interaction that guarantees customer satisfaction.

 

Tasks include:

 

● Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers

● Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations

● Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications

● Attend to clients queries in a courteous and professional manner

● Demonstrate knowledge of different product offerings and recommend the best product based on clients' needs

● Upsell potential clients and offer the best value for money

● Develops and delivers sales pitches in a professional and effective manner

● Develops technical presentations for potential customers as required

● Attend to client complaints and follow the proper escalation process to ensure resolution in a timely and professional fashion

● Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations

 

Other requirements:

 

● Bilingual (English/Arabic), Arabic is a must

● Telesales experience is a must

● Experience in insurance is a must

● Experience in the UAE market is essential

● Presentation Skills and persuasion skills

● Personal Effectiveness/Credibility

 

What to expect

 

● AED 4,000 ~ AED 5,000 base salary
